Introducing the

Binokula Instant Configuration Service

Giving you the confidence that your tenant is connected and report ready to share with your intended audience. Our service includes:
2-hour engagement from technical specialist to assist with getting a new Binokula Instant admin operational with report data connections and refresh testing.
  • Review data sources and check connections in line with your desired data refresh schedule and source updates
  • Confirm role-level security status
  • 30 min meeting to review set-up with your nominated company Binokula admin contact.

Prerequisites:

  • Binokula Instant has been subscribed to via AppSource and/or Marketplace (pre-payment).
  • Company has a nominated admin who has added preliminary reports to the Binokula workspace
  • The nominated Binokula Support contact is added to tenant as an admin to conduct work (post-payment).
